Following Law No 93/2021 of 20 December ("Law"), which transposed into the legal system Portuguese Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting infringements of EU law, entities that employed 50 or more workers are required to have a complaint channel, to detect and prevent any irregular practices.
